Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA): Open Contract
The Open Contract platform – developed and operated by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) – collects, integrates, and publishes procurement and budget data across Bangkok. The platform brings together data from key internal systems, including the MIS2 (budget planning and disbursement) and eGP BMA2 (procurement system), to provide a unified view of public spending at the project level. By transforming data into the Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS), the platform enhances transparency, enables public oversight, and supports data-driven decision-making. It allows citizens, businesses, and policymakers to track government spending from planning through procurement and implementation.

Data available
Each contracting process consists of multiple stages, including planning, tender, award, contract, and implementation. For fiscal years 2022–2025 (B.E. 2565–2568), detailed procurement data is partially linked and available for some contracting processes. From fiscal year 2026 (B.E. 2569) onwards, procurement data will be fully linked and available across all contracting processes. The figures shown represent the total number of JSON objects across all contracting processes. Each contracting process is uniquely identified and corresponds to a distinct procurement activity. In some cases, multiple contracting processes may originate from the same budget allocation. As a result, some records may appear similar, but they represent different contracting processes rather than duplicate data. Entities such as parties, tenderers, and suppliers are unique within each contracting process, but may appear across multiple processes.

This OCDS dataset is currently available for download in JSON format. Support for Excel and CSV formats is under development. Users can download data for a specific fiscal year or for all available years.
